Steven Raymond Nelson, 70, died on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at his home.
Steven was born on August 10, 1955 in Rochester, MN to Donald and Elaine (Bostrom) Nelson. He lived all of his life in Rochester, MN. He graduated from Lourdes High School. He was a Warehouse Manager at IBM and had been retired for 7 years. He married Robin Langbehn in Rochester, MN on April 19, 1975. Robin died July 11, 2022.
Steven enjoyed fishing, watching Vikings and Twins on TV, and hunting.
Steven is survived by his children Scott and Tanya (Rindels) Nelson of Byron, MN and Brent Nelson of Rochester, MN; and siblings, Cynthia Nelson of Rochester, MN and Susie Kelm of San Antonio, TX.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Elaine Nelson; and wife, Robin Nelson.
A celebration of life will be from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Rochester Cremation Services, 1605 Civic Center Drive NW, Rochester, MN.

My heart goes out to the family of Steven.He was my neighbor for years ..Couldn’t find a better one.His Father and I tipped a few in our day.Even as I live in Az.we kept in touch on phone conversations.We all lost a great friend.
