Sean Michael Chvatal, 50 passed away December 10th, 2018 at home in Kasson Minnesota. Sean was born on May 4th 1968 in Cresco, Iowa. He graduated from Spring Valley High School in 1986, during the last few years of his high school he worked as a journeyman baker at Spring Valley Bakery under the owner Peter Haacks, this is where his love for baking began. He went on to bake at Barlow’s for years and will be remembered by his loved ones as a baker at heart.
He was a collector of unique things, he was a gun enthusiast and Harley Motorcycle junkie but mostly, he loved his family fiercely. He is lovingly remembered by his parents Lucienne Chvatal and Dave and Kathy Bond. His three children, Amanda, Michael and Gabriel. His life long partner Jeri Getchell. And his two siblings Brigitte Jorgensen and Peter Chvatal and their families.
Sean was a selfless man, his smile and laugh could light up a room. He never knew a stranger because he befriended everyone he met. The world was a better place because of his unconditional love and he will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
