  7. Phylis was a childhood friend along with her sister Diana. My sister, Rosie, and I and those two girls played together every single day. Walked down Broadway to get to the Soldiers Field swimming pool and stayed there swimming for hours. Played in the “alleyway”, as we called it and they spent a lot of time at Grandma and Grandpa’s house with us. She was a fun friend and we have many great memories. May she rest in peace.
