  7. I am sorry to learn of your loss! My sympathy is extended to your family. Barbara, her sister Janet and and their parents, John and Laura’s farm was adjacent northeast of our farm. My brother Marvin and I (Dale) used to hang May baskets on them and play over there on summer nights. My parents, Martin and Aleva Reinecke and us, would in the winter nights, go to their house to visit. We all attended school District 44, which was located on the south edge of our farm. Barbara was one grade below my brother, and two above me. Janet was one or two grades above Marvin. I have a picture of us kids in the school house, taken in 1950. If the family would like a picture, you can call me at 507-775-6715, and I could send the picture to you on e-mail. Dale Reinecke
