Wava Marie Jane Reed passed away on August 11, 2024 at Pine Haven Nursing Home in Pine Island, Mn after a long battle of health issues.
Wava was born on August 5, 1963 to Roger and Sharon (Leutink) Reed in Spring Valley, Mn. Wava and her parents ran a Family Restaurant called the “Tamarack” for several years. Wava graduated from Spring Valley High School in 1981. “GO WOLVES”
Wava moved to Rochester, Mn where she worked numerous jobs from Housekeeping, Retail, Car Ramps, Restaurants.
Wava loved playing cards, dice, bingo, crafts, suko books, games on her phone with friends, cooking, baking. She really loved enjoying spending time with her Family and Friends!
She is survived by her cousin and family, Heidi (Minnich) Patrick, Dakota, Janie Huntley of Rochester, Mn. Aunt’s Katherine “Mert” (Leutink) Dave Leibold of Spring Valley, Mn, Joyce Leutink of Wykoff, Mn. Cousins Tessa Leutink, Bob and Carson Schoenfelder of Adams, Mn and other aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her beloved dog Carley, her parents, maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life for Wava Reed will be on August 24, 2024 held at the VFW Hall in Spring Valley, Mn from 2:00 pm to 5:00pm.
Wava was a person I had fun with and liked to hang out with Janie in the garage especially with Heidi and we always had a good time together and I will miss her a lot
What a joy to know that Wava rests in the arms of our Savior.
