Tammy Bernard, 56, of Chatfield, passed away peacefully in Rochester on Friday, August 2, 2019.
She was born in Issaquah WA, on January 21, 1963 to Jeanette Slavin.
Tammy attended Chatfield High School and graduated in 1981. She was a Nurse at Seasons Hospice in Rochester for many years. Tammy married Nado Bernard III in 1983, and they enjoyed going on camping trips, motorcycle rides, and fishing, until his death in 1998.
Tammy is survived by her daughters, Lindsay Bernard, and Chelsay Gartner; granddaughters, Jacquelyn, and Amelia; mother, Jeanette Slavin; sisters, Lisa Stankus of Woodbury, and Vickie Gillard of Washington.
Tammy is preceded in death by her husband; and grandparents.
Visitation will be held on Monday August 5, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Rochester Cremation Services 1605 Civic Center Dr. NW.
