Rose Marie Johnson, age 74 of St Paul, MN passed away on August 8, 2023 at Season’s Hospice after losing her battle with cancer.
Rose was born on Jun 28, 1949 to Henry and Julia Riehm in Melrose MN. She graduated from Monroe High School in 1967.
She was married in 1969 and had two daughters, Annette Ripley and Terri Wiltrout. She is survived by five grandchildren: Kayla, Ashley, Justen, Elyssa, and Stephanie, and five great grandchildren: James, Judah, Ezra, Frederick, and Duncan.
In 2016, Rose retired and spent her time caring for others.
Rose was predeceased by her parents Henry and Julia, and her siblings Warner, Lavonne, Ione, Darlene, Julie, and Richie.
Rose has chosen to be cremated. Her ashes will be spread in South Carolina where she has visited family and has fond memories. She hopes you remember her with kindness and love.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
