Ronald John Weber, 73, of Rochester passed away March 30, 2023 at Cottagewood Alzheimer Care in Rochester.
Ron was born August 25, 1949 in Osage, IA to Raymond and Grace (Diggins) Weber. He graduated from Central High in Austin, MN in 1967 and Austin Vo-Tech in 1969. He has resided in Rochester, MN since 1970. Throughout his work career he was employed at St Marys Hospital and Lourdes High School. He was a security guard for Armor Car, drove school bus for First Student and finished his employment as shuttle bus driver for Mayo Clinic. Retiring at 65.
His personal interest was working on a friends farm (he enjoyed tractor driving) and doing auto body work. He enjoyed country and old time music and playing his guitar and organ.
Ron is survived by his brother, Gary (Karen Marie) Weber; sister, Debra (Paul) Hancq; sister, Karen Ann Weber; niece, Kayti Hancq; nephew, John Hancq. He is also survived by Kayti’s 2 children, Jaden Alvarado and Haylie Greco.
A memorial and graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Austin, MN on April 24th at 1pm.
