Special thanks to Jennifer Frank APRN, CNP for her compassionate care and advocacy. The expertise and sensitive care given by Anna Schwecke, R.N., CNP and Dr. Marks from the Lung Cancer Care team is much appreciated. We are profoundly grateful for St. Croix hospice and the outstanding care given by the team. A special shout out and thanks to Tarah and Hailey for keeping me so comfortable on this last stage of my journey.
