Natalie Carol Pappas (Schultz), 60, of Chatfield, passed away peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital on Oct. 20th 2019. Natalie was born to Barbara Schraeder, and Paul Schultz in Rochester MN, on July 1st 1959. Natalie graduated from Mayo High School in 1977.
Over the years Natalie worked in many roles at Michaels Restaurant. However, It wasn’t until late in life that she realized her passion for working with and caring for the elderly. She worked as a CNA up until her passing. Natalie worked at Chosen Valley Nursing Home, Fillmore County Home Health, Stewartville Care Center, and Gunderson Harmony Clinic. Natalie loved to sew, cook for friends, and entertain those that were close to her and the ones she loved.
Natalie is survived by her two daughters Cassandra Pappas (Tyler Olson) and Nicole Tschimperle (Norm Sharp). Her grand-daughter Isabella Stuhldreher, and two sisters. She is proceeded in death by her son, her parents, her older brother, and grandmother Emily Groen.
A celebration of life will be held Friday, November 1st, 2019. From 6 PM to 8 PM at Calvary Chapel, 814 11th AVE NE Rochester MN 55906. A short service will start at 6:30 PM, with a dinner to follow.
