Mark Ellsworth Thobe, 56, of Rochester, MN died Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Mayo Clinic Hospital-St Marys Campus.
Mark was born on January 25, 1968 to Janet Bute and Joseph Thobe in Ames, IA. Mark graduated from Chatfield High School. He worked at Mayo Clinic for 24 years.
Mark loved ATV riding, camping, football, and spending time with his life-long friends from Chatfield. He enjoyed his time collecting guns.
Mark is survived by his brothers, Terry Thobe, Michael Thobe, Jeff Thobe; and sister, Peggy (Dennis) Berge.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Bute; stepfather, Marvin House; brother, Dennis Thobe; sister, Jeanette Thobe; and father, Joseph Thobe.
Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
