Georgia Kaye Shafer, age 56, passed away Friday, May 20, 2022 at Mayo Clinic Hospital – Methodist Campus.
Georgia was born on August 30, 1965 in La Crosse, WI to Karen Kvam and George Shafer.
Georgia worked in customer service until she became disabled. She loved bingo and getting her nails done. Her biggest hobby was spending time with her grandchildren.
Georgia is survived by her children, Ebony Cade of Rochester, MN and Billy Cade Jr. of La Crosse, WI; sisters, Luanne Thorson of Sparta, WI and Lynette Shafer of Bangor, WI; and 5 grandchildren.
Georgia is preceded in death by her parents, Karen Kvam and George Shafer.
