Evelyn Marie (Meyer) Stiller, 97, died on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Samaritan Bethany Arbor Terrace.
Evelyn was born on September 7, 1926 to Henry and Amelia (Esser) Meyer in Annadale, Minnesota. She married Alvin R. Stiller on December 18, 1945. She lived and farmed in Oronoco and was a housekeeper. Evelyn was famous for her carrot cake.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Patricia Manley of Rochester, MN and Marsha Meyers of Rochester, MN; siblings, Mary Ann Christinsen of St. Cloud, MN, Edward Meyer of Rancho Cordova, CA, John Meyer of Oronoco, MN, Jean Rau Oelkers of Blaine MN, and Tom Rau of Masion City, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Gordon Stiller; daughter, Karen Stiller; brothers, Arle Rau and Jerry Rau; and sister, Joanne Rau Liffrig.
Evelyn will be buried at Grandview Cemetery.
