David Bard Jones of Rochester, MN. passed away Monday, October 2nd, 2023 at St Mary’s Hospital, Rochester MN.
David was born on November 6, 1964 in Virginia Beach, Virginia to Roger and Cheryl Jones. They moved to Rochester, MN in 1968 and to Kasson, MN in 1969.
David attended Kasson – Mantorville Schools. After high school David enlisted in the Army USAR in 1984. After he discharged from the Army he worked in the hospitality industry for many years.
David enjoyed spending time in the library, playing video games and spoiling his nephews. He is survived by his sisters, Holly Jones of Rochester, MN and Nancy (Rick) Swarthout of Kasson, MN; nephews, Riley Swarthout and Carter Swarthout. He was preceded in death by his parents.
The celebration of life will be held 1 PM to 4 PM Saturday, October 7 at True Life Church, 2204 22nd St. NW., Rochester, MN 55901.
