Allan Romeo Tlougan,67, of Zumbrota died Saturday, October 24, 2020 at St Mary’s Hospital from numerous health problems.
He was the only son of Raymond Anthony Tlougan and his wife, Marian Huneke Tlougan. He was born in Preston,Mn March 2, 1953 and attended Preston elementary and high school, graduating in 1971. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 step-sisters: Rose Allemani Moen, Leona Magneson, Eleanor Allemani Bultman, brothers in law Richard Allemani, Don Bultman, James Magneson, Robert Benike, and Merrill Pickett. Nephews – Robert Benike, JR., and Mark Greenwood. Surviving are his 3 sisters- Mary Benike, Elizabeth Halverson, and Rae Ann Denker. He also had many nieces and nephews.
Allan was happiest when he was taking apart or fixing things, usually with a beer in his hand. He loved to work on computers and was good at it. He had been in failing health for several years.
There will be no service for him due to Covid19.
Please just say a prayer for him.
