Michael D. Johnson- Funeral Director/Owner
Mike is a native of southern Minnesota, growing up in Tracy, MN. He has been in the funeral business for over 25 years. He graduated from the Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 1997 and has since gained experience in several funeral homes. In 2008, he founded Rochester Cremation Services to provide our community with cost-effective and tasteful funeral services. Outside of his business, Mike is deeply involved with community organizations like The American Legion. Please always feel free to reach out directly to Mike should you have any questions.
James Archer – Funeral Director
James is a native of Pine Island, MN and a graduate of Pine Island High School, during which time he worked part time at the Mahler Funeral Home. After graduating from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 1988, he worked twenty plus years in Indiana for both private family owned and corporately owned funeral homes. In 2000 he bought interest in a funeral home in Frankfort, Indiana the Archer-Weston Funeral Home which he sold his interest in 2010, it still remains the Archer Weston Funeral Home yet today. His funeral service career has spanned over thirty five years and has held licenses in Indiana, Louisiana, Texas and Minnesota. James is happy to return to the Rochester area and assist families during the most difficult time of their lives. In his spare time he likes spending time in his vacation home in McAllen, Texas.
