Terry L. Shulze, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 peacefully at his home surrounded by his family and friends.
Terry was born on March 25, 1955 to Leonard and Bonnie (Groth) Shulze. He grew up in the Rochester/Chester area, and graduated from Mayo High School. Terry worked in the oil fields in Texas for many years. He came back to Minnesota where he worked as a painter and ran his own business for a while. He then started to work for Cardinal of Minnesota working with individuals with disabilities, which he worked with until he could not work any longer.
Terry loved his family and friends most of all. He was always there if someone needed help. He loved to laugh, camp, drive his boat around the lake fast, and have a BIG bonfire.
Terry is survived by his wife, Denise Shulze; daughters, Jill Nackers and family, Devin Shulze, Hollie Holmes Phoenix and family; brothers, Steve Shulze and family, David Shulze and family; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Pine Lawn Park in Grand Meadow, MN. We will be ending the night with a bon fire in honor of Terry. As we all know he loved fires!
