Franklin David Fail, 63, of Rochester, MN passed away Tuesday, March 9th, 2021 at Mayo Clinic St. Mary’s Campus.
Franklin David Fail was born May 7, 1957 to Franklin Howard Fail and Dona Fern (Fitzpatrick) Fail in Oak Park, IL.
Frank is survived by his three children, Elizabeth, Daniel and Hannah of Austin, MN; his sister, Dawn Kowalckzyk of Menominee, MI; half siblings Wayne Wolf of Bolivar, MO, Scott Wolf of Springfield, MO and Kelly Kean of Springfield, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be an online memorial service held on Thursday March 18th at 6:30 p.m. by the Northern Hills Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

My name is Lia Ulrich. I knew Frank and his children from Autumn Ridge Church in Rochester, Mn. My heart grieves for Elizabeth, Daniel and Hannah. Frank loved his children. He volunteered his time in ministry. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. May they remember the good times and have peace in knowing Jesus and look to that day when each of us are reunited with our Lord Jesus with Frank.
