Lorraine E. Hopkins died on July 21, 2025, at the age of 85. She is survived by her four children, Janette Allen, Jacquelyn Gravelle, Joseph Medallis, Julie Blackwood; ten grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Alan Hopkins.
Lori was a fixture in Kasson, serving on the library board and city council where she was noted for having received the highest number of votes cast for the office in 2010.
